世界選手権が終わり、日本に戻ってきました！

The World Championships are over! And i came back home safely ✈️

 

いやー、日本は暑い😵☀️

とろけるゎ！

Ohh, it is boiling in Japan 😵☀️

 

今回は、フランスで行った事前合宿について書きたいと思います。

Today, I’m writing about the holding camp for the World Championships in Amiens.

 

なぜフランスで事前合宿を行なったかというと、来年のパリパラリンピック前にもそこで事前合宿をする予定だからです。

Why do you think we did it in Amien?

We will use the facilities in Amien before the Paris Paralympic Games next year.

 

まず、シャルルドゴール空港に着きまして、合宿地アミアンへ行く途中、パリパラリンピックの水泳会場を外から拝む🙏来年も来るぞと。

First of all, we went to the aquatics centre of the Paris Paralympic Games after arriving in Paris.

そしてアミアン到着。

After that, we arrived in Amiens.

 

宿泊場所は、ホテルではなく、スポーツセンターの宿泊施設でした。

Where we stayed is the sports centre.

 

ご飯が美味しい😋

ご飯が美味しいだけで、だいぶ合宿のストレスが減ります。さすがフランスだと思いました。

A big surprise was the meals were all delicious 😋. We generally feel less stress when the food is good 👍

 

オフの日に、近くのカフェでご飯食べたんですが、その時の食事がこれです。

The photos of the meals are the ones we had at cafes on the days of training.
