昨日2月7日で、東京パラリンピックまで200日となりました。あっという間に時間が経ちますね。

Yesterday, the 7th of February, was 200days to go for Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. I feel like that time passes so quickly!

そして、東京パラリンピックのパラ水泳日本代表選考戦まであと30日を切りました。

And, less than 30days to go until the trials for the games!

選考戦は、3月6日から8日まで、静岡県富士市にある富士水泳場で行われます。

The trials will be held at the Shizuoka Prefecture Fuji swimming park on the 6th to the 8th of March.

私はそこで、50m自由形、150m個人メドレー、50m平泳ぎに出場します。

I will swim in the 50m Freestyle, 150m Individual Medley and 50m Breaststroke.

パラ水泳の日本代表は、1種目でも派遣標準タイムをクリアすれば、文句なしで日本代表になれて、本番では、大会標準記録をクリアしている種目であれば派遣標準記録を突破していない種目も出場する事が可能です。

In the Japanese Para-Swimming, you will qualify if you get qualifying time in an event at the trials and then will be allowed to swim in all events at Tokyo 2020 that you have faster times than the Minimum Qualification Standards.

が、まぁ当然僕は3種目全て派遣標準記録を突破したいと思っています。

Of course, I will try to get the qualifying times in all events at the trials!
